About Our Chapter

The Crooked Coast F.O.O.L.S. is a chapter of the Fraternal Order of Leatherheads Society, representing firefighters from Vancouver Island, primarily in the Greater Victoria area. 

Our mission is to preserve the history, traditions, and tradesmanship of the Fire Service by promoting education, training, & fellowship. Our members are passionate about our craft, highly motivated, and demonstrate leadership across all ranks. We hold quarterly meetings, host hands-on and online training sessions and organize charitable initiatives.
